I get these for my firemouth cichlids, they like eating these pellets off the bottom as they grub around the sand looking for crustations.

so I get this for added protein for my plecos they do not like the frozen stuff . this has helped w/ weight on my plecos for when they go outside in the pond this summer .
stayed to together and given them time to eat . along w/ the veggie wafers doing a good job on the weight gaining
