Excellent product and good
shipping. Thanks 5 stars 😃

I give it 4 stars, my Vampire shrimp give it 5 stars!

I wasn't sure that i NEEDED a supplement for my fan shrimp, as i purposefully overfeed flakes for the fry and shrimp in my tank, but i thought i'd try this stuff as a treat... and my fan shrimp LOVE it. Even if they are relaxing in their caves, they poke their head out and start fanning away any time i use this. So from a "fish food" standpoint it's great.

My only reason for knocking off a star is that it's hard-ish to feed. Let me clarify - It is a very fine powder, and they give you a cute little scoop so it's quite easy to portion out. However, if you scoop it directly onto the water, a lot of it floats. For me, not such a big issue as i have a filter outflow pointed across the surface which pushes it under fairly quickly. You can also just stir it a bit and the bits begin to disperse. My bigger issue is that in order to keep circulating the 'food' particles for the shrimp to catch, you have to have water movement - which for me means that the filter is going. In that tank i do not have a separate powerhead to keep things moving until the shrimp can catch it. I've read in other reviews that you can mix it up and feed it right in front of the shrimp with a dropper...but who has time to do that with multiple shrimp on a regular basis? So i think a lot probably gets sucked right into the filter. This could be easily remedied by dropping in a separate powerhead to keep everything suspended without losing food to the filter intake...but for me it's just a snack, not the main nutrition so i don't worry too much.

So I took off a star for that, but it's not something that is a deal breaker. And there are remedies for this issue (if i wasn't so lazy haha) so i generally really like this product and recommend it to anyone with fan shrimp. Or teeny fish, my fish love the stuff too and tend to hog the larger particles!
