Great Light, Great Company

Ships in original box as you are probably aware of. The tape that was used could probably be changed. The end pieces of tape on both my boxes (2 boxes taped together times 2 for 4 total) was missing. The lights were wobbling around but incurred no damage.

Aquarium Co-Op goes a step above providing their own warranty on these lights. I purchased 4 36-48” lights for a 40 gallon breeder rack. I love then Bluetooth app for its customization and ease of use.

Then there was light!!!

Yes, this is everything I had hoped for. Perfect amount of light for my plants. Ability to set color to my preference is wonderful. I also love how it transitions between day and night. Silent. My previous T5 setup had jet engine cooling fans. Soooo loud. Not this baby!!!!

Game Changer

Bought the 48 Inch for my 75 gallon and what an upgrade from the Marineland LED strip I had. Everything from the body structure to the adjustment legs are top notch. I really like how low profile it is to the glass top makes it look very sleek. It does however get very warm to the touch not a big deal but worth mentioning. I though what I had was enough until I saw Cory's review video on it and figured I'd give it a try since I wanted to get into a planted tank. The cusomization for the light output, color and legth of time the lights are on all via the app plus the few presets it comes with is enough to make this the best light I feel on the market today and worth every penny. I do wish it had a few more presets in the app and were able to share your customized light setup with others. maybe an update soon. As always extremley fast shipping and did beat Amazons price. look no futher then Aquarium Co-Op for your aquarium needs.

Great Light!

I love the fact that this light is customized by the app and cycles through 24 hours. In about 1 week of ownership it seems to be well built and provides plenty of light. My only complaints are that the app is very bare bones (give us more customization options on timing, etc.) and that I have not figured out a great way to raise the light off the tank. It sits very flush and I would like it an inch or so higher. I'm new to the co-op but I'm certainly a convert! Fast shipping and excellent customer service. I will look here first before the other sites every time.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee our live products will arrive alive. We ask that you do your part and minimize the amount of time our packages sit out in the elements. It can also be a good idea to avoid ordering live items during extreme temperatures. This would be when night time temps are below 35 and over 80 degrees during the day. Now these temps are not for sure death, it's just what makes it easiest for all of us during shipping.

When temperatures are cold we will use heat packs and extreme cold styrofoam liners. Shipping live goods is difficult as our warehouse could be 70 degrees and your home could be snowing, and all the stops in between. We do our best and will make it right for you and may request to try again at a different time.  During heat waves, it's best to avoid ordering live goods as ice packs etc don't do enough to mitigate it. 

30 Day Return Policy
Our goal is to provide a fair way to satisfy our customers and not lose money while doing it. We make every effort to fully disclose how our products work and what is to be expected. A damaged product during shipping is an automatic replacement from us. When it comes to a difference of opinion such as: "My fish doesn’t like this food." That we don’t refund for. However, if you decide the light you bought is a bit too green for your liking, provided it is in the original box, within 30 days and purchased from us, we will refund it at your cost of shipping.

If you would like to return a product, start the process by emailing us at shipping@aquariumcoop.com This allows us to see if there is something we can do before returning the product such as a feature you didn’t know about or send you a return label. We don’t require an RMA number, but do ask you to contact us to initiate the return. Please do not call the retail store as they operate separately from the warehouse and will not be able to issue you a return label etc.
