Cryptocoryne undulata Red is a great beginner plant that features long, wavy-edged leaves that are green and reddish-bronze in color. It has a similar appearance to C. wendtii 'Red,' as well as the same easy care requirements. Because this is a medium-sized crypt which grows relatively slowly, it serves as a great low maintenance midground plant. It will thrive under low to medium light and send out runners as it grows.

This came in great condition and is thriving in my tank
Got 1 of these in a mystery box and have now bought 4 more. Added root tabs and tank is about a year old and they have all done great. Been almost 2 months. Some are still converting and the original plant is fully converted.
I only got my order a couple weeks ago, so I can’t say how it’ll be long term, but it’s a beautiful plant. The red coloring is very nice, without being too bold. Mine had several leaves, is very healthy and all of the plants were packaged very well. I’m happy with this crypt, as well as all the others I received in my order.
I bought 4 of these crypts and im not lying to you this was in just one pot. They came in nice and healthy. Three I received had 3-4 big mother plants but thats still extremely. Now its up to me to convert them into immersed crypts. Hopefully this time i can pull off a Dirted tank. Btw in the picture of the tank the tall crypts on the right are undlata and the left side is wendii green and red .
The plant came with healthy and large growth in both the leaves and roots. I was able to break it into 2 large parts. So far there has been no melting in my low tech tank so hopefully it converted while at Aquarium Co-op.
I've never kept this crypt before. Thanks to the mystery plant pack it's a new favorite. Zero "crypt melt" and it is already showing new growth.

Aquarium Co-op has got it going on. Every time I order plants from them it's exciting. I open the box and it as if they were packing their children. They plants are healthy and ready to be planted. As always after a week you get your expected melting here and there, but they are otherwise thriving. I can't say more than if you're not using Aquarium Co-Op for your plants and all hobby needs, ask your fish why not.
I received this as part of the mystery 6 pack of plants. I chose this as there were so many choices it was hard to decide. All the plants arrived healthy and beautiful and are all doing great!!! The variety of plants I received have my 75 gallon looking better than ever.
