Scarlet temple is a vibrant stem plant that features pink- to red-colored leaves, making it really stand out amongst green aquarium plants. When given high lighting, deeper reds and purple tints can even be seen from this plant.
Scarlet temple does well as a midground to background plant as it can be trimmed short or grown out a bit taller. Therefore, it also provides excellent cover for fish and shrimp.

I've struggled a little with this plant as it's not as "easy" as my others, but when I reached out to Aquarium Co-Op, per usual they went above and beyond with help and advice on how to get these plants thriving again. I re-planted them to the centers of my tanks to get more light and gave them more fertilizer and they're growing and deepening in color again!
Ordered a Scarlet Temple from Aquarium co-op about 3 weeks ago. Transition was smooth, plant is holding its structure well. A little melting with some degradation in color. Now the color is beginning to return, looks great!
Like almost all aquarium coop plants I have bought so far, and have purchased about 20 at this point. Packaged quite well. You can tell it was grown submerged. Great roots. Started growing a few days after planting, however I do inject co2.
