- Makes Fish Feel Safe
- Great for Spawning Fish
Coconut huts are the perfect hideout and breeding spot for many different species of fish. Its all natural appearance will not be distracting in your tank and helps mimic the natural habitats where fish live.
Wherever you place them, coconut huts will sink right away and feature an opening on the side for fish to freely swim in and out. They are durable and will last a long time within your aquarium. Plants or moss can be attached to the top of the hut as well if desired.
Found my male betta with his little head stuck and struggling on top hole. I almost panicked but I managed to gently push him down and he's ok now. He only stays by the big hole but won't go in all the way. On the community tank nobody goes in it, not even the corys. I think an in and out hole would probably be better than just one opening.
The coconut hut gives my tank a real Margaritaville feel, and my plecos love hanging out in it
Not sure what I think about it… but my fish seem to approve ;-)
They are super cute in my tank and my corys and kuhlis LOVE THEM!
