Scarlet temple is a vibrant stem plant that is relatively easy to care for. It features pink to red colored leaves that really make it stand out amongst green aquarium plants. Given high lighting, deeper reds and purple tints can even be seen from this plant.
Scarlet temple does well as a midground to background plant as it can be trimmed short or grown out a bit taller. Therefore, it also provides excellent cover for fish and shrimp.

I planet this my tank and it just die and i think i was because of the fish maybe uprooted it . I did try and float it so see if would came back but no luck. I was thinking of trying it again but not sure .
I ordered a bunch of plants that arrived faster then lightening. They were package beautiful. So well there wasn't even one broken stem. The scarlet temple is gorgeous, healthy and colorful. Thank you aquarium co-op. Its so nice to have color in the house when there is 5 feet of snow outside and they still arrived in perfect health. I will not buy plants anywhere else.

Even under cheap lighting this plant keeps it's red color. It's very easy to propagate and hardy. But it is a little fragile to the touch so handle gently!
