I am super impressed with Aquarium co-op's customer service. Today, I wrote a poor review on this site for two nano pumps that failed (I stand by that review). However, I never tried to contact Aquarium co-op directly, nor did I expect them to contact me. Within 10 minutes of my posting the review, I got a personal email from Aquarium co-op asking me to explain the problem in detail. I responded back via email and literally 5 minutes later, I received a second email telling me that I was being fully refunded for my past purchase. Now that's impressive! I've never had a company volunteer to refund my purchase when I didn't ask them to. Now that's a great company that stands by its customers!

These folks are doing it right! Plants arrived quickly, happy, healthy and packaged with care. Enjoying my new planted aquarium. Very satisfied and placing another order!

I just received my first Aquarium Coop light. Wow!! Outstanding construction and incredible lighting. I could not be more pleased. I have a Fluval 3.0 and I would grade this light above that light by far due to construction and quality of the lighting. No dig on Fluval it’s a great light but I far prefer the Aquarium Coop light. Thank you!!

Just received my plants today and these are by far the best plants i have received online. I have ordered from a couple of other places before and the quality of those plants don't even come close to these. Will be ordering here from now on.

I just had a heater fail I purchased July 2023. I messaged Coop about it and was told item was pulled for not being up to their standards and was issued a full refund. I will gladly reinvest my money into this business that treats its customers with this respect! A+ and thank you so much! Keep working hard at making things better!

i bought the 48 in plant light i must say yes it was pricey but wow it was worth every penny i love it its just awesome the ajustments that are available are amazing i love

The aquarium coop air pump is a game changer. I live in a very rural place where snow and ice storms are common in the winter and where we might get our first snow in October and still have snow on the ground in April. I've had many stressful experiences with power outages and worrying about my multiple fish tanks. This morning was my first with the new usb rechargeable air pumps during a power outages and its so seamless a transition that at first I didn't even realize the power was out.

Hey Cory... Love the products and the plants. Products & plants were delivered on 3/14/24 early evening. I had a family health thing and left the unopened box on my kitchen counter. Opened the box for products and plants on 3/16/24 later afternoon. Wow! The plants looked really good and the packaging was also really good. I don't suggest that people leave an unopened box that has plants in it for a couple of days after delivery, but I'm impressed. Just wanted to say thank you to you and your team .

I buy almost all my aquarium supplies from here now Cory has done so much for the hobby. I have learned so much from their efforts and recommend Aquarium co-op to everyone.

I get everything I can here! Everything is of the up most quality (plants included)! Love the sponge filters all the difrent filter media's! I have switched over all my air pumps to the battery back up ones! Fantastic all around little company!

I have watched the YouTube channel for about two years. Finally made the jump to purchase items from the online store. The plant I ordered was wrapped well and the liquid fertilizer did not leak into the package. I have ordered fertilizer from other places and I received a wet box. I also received a sticker of a fish. Who doesn't love a fish sticker?

Bought 2 filters and air pump, test strips and will probably get my light from them. Great prices and service.

I ordered ez green and root tabs months ago. Great products, but the pump on the bottle was very leaky. It was a medium level annoyance. I was just planning on suffering through it until I received an email from aquarium co-op asking me why I haven't re-ordered and wanting to know if there were any issues. I found this to be very impressive customer service. I got back to them letting them know that the pump leaked, and it would leak out into the tank (and all over) each time I used it making it difficult to gauge how much was going into the tank. They promptly sent me a new pump. I am guessing they switched to a better one, since the one they sent was not the same as the one that came with the bottle. New one works perfectly. I will definitely order from them again. I do like spending my money with companies who truly care about their customers, and aquarium co-op proved to me that they do go above and beyond.

Cory has taught me lots of information that have saved me tons of money and headaches. I would recommend this brand to all fish owners alike. I’ve actually recommended this brand to a friend and he regularly orders from here as well. Cory also has the upmost honesty and respect for his customers and fellow hobbyists. I will be a regular customer for the foreseeable future!

I have made 3 orders fr I’m aquarium coop and each order has been awesome! Packing was great, items were fine, even got a decal sticker in each box! Just wish I could order fish from aquarium coop! But I do like the fact that I can get a discount from other sites and still order online! And I have forgotten to mention that I have gained to love there products!
