My betta loves his log. It was easy to get him interested when i put some of his favorite food in the opening in the top. Definitely recommend this to anyone who has bettas.

Betta Love

I have two bettas and they both like the floating log. In face my grizzle feather tail LOVES it and he's as picky as they come! Even my otocinclus like to graze on the outside. I'm very happy with this purchase.

My Betta loves his floating log

He loves his floating log, and I like the feeding hole in the top. I pour the water change water through it to diffuse the new water going into the tank. He swims through it watching me pour the new water in, and the plants aren’t getting disturbed.

Our betta (young female) just didn’t take to this. She much prefers swimming up around the roots of our floating water lettuce. I think it’s just a matter of the individual fish’s preferences.
