Vallisneria Corkscrew has been a popular choice in the hobby because of its ease of care and long, grass-like appearance. Its hardiness makes it great for goldfish, African cichlid, and community tanks. Vallisneria grows very tall in an aquarium and can drape over the top to make fish and fry feel secure. Once well-established, val spreads quickly by sending out baby plants via runners where you can get a new shoot as soon as every 3 days.

What's not to like?
these are in our grow out and breeding tanks. i wanted something i didn’t have to plant and can move easily to clean the tanks. In the description there was a mention they could be kept in the basket with root tabs so i was SOLD. like all Co-op products they were shipped quickly and packed well. I’m never sorry when i order anything from Aquarium Co-op
The plant arrived in good condition. I planted it as soon as it arrived. Used root tabs and liquid fertilizer. It has been planted almost 2 weeks. No new growth yet. My light isn't real strong, that might be the problem. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day.
Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.
Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
