Hikari Massivore Delight has been a reliable food in the hobby for many years. It is developed to fulfill all nutritional requirements for large, carnivorous fish and eliminates the potential for parasites or bacterial infections common with feeding live foods. Made of fish meal and krill, it is a potent smelling food which will usually convince even the pickiest of eaters to gobble it up. Hikari also states that one Massivore pellet is equivalent in calories to feeding 1.8 live goldfish.

Fish Love Them

I needed a pellet that my bichir could get that my smaller fish couldn’t, as they started eating protein pellets. my bichir LOVES these massive delights and they are far down big for my other fish to get!

Great food for high protein needs

I have been using this food for many years now. It is great for large carnivores, and for conditioning other smaller fish to breed. I have had good luck using this to condition plecos and livebearers. There are a few things to be aware of with this food. It has a strong odor, and if you over feed it, it can cause cloudy water.

Massivore delight

Feeds well even to picky eaters

Pretty much the entire fish room will eat it. I’ve had African dwarf frogs and swamp darters pick at the massivore pellets, and it’s the only dry food my pair of dollar sunfish will eat.
