Wonderful little lotus !

It was smaller than the picture. But that isn't a big deal as these plants get HUGE. I'd rather start small as it was going in a 10G with a Betta Mahachai. It arrived on time and was packaged VERY well.
I had heard about the Co-Ops quality before and this has made me switch to buying my plants here.

(I would also recommend giving it it's on pot that can be upgraded as it gets larger. The root systems are very invasive on these plants. The extra work is WELL worth the pay off.)

Highly recommended !!

There is a reason that these sell out quickly....

I have purchased these several times now and gifted one to a local friend who LOVES hers as does the betta who hangs out on it and under it. These are beautiful plants and will quickly become a favorite once you put them in your tank. Fear not if you receive one and the leaves "melt off" at first. That is normal - just trim them off - the roots and bulb will arrive strong and will soon send out new leaves that will be accustomed to your tank water. Mine are growing VERY well under both the Finnex Stingray (also purchased here) and a Nicrew "budget" light purchased from Amazon. The Nicrew only uses white and blue diodes - and the colors of those lotus plants are just as vibrant as the ones under the Stingray which also has red diodes along with the white and blue. If you use the Beamswork or Nicrew type lights - you can grow these just fine. If you plant them into your substrate, be careful to leave a third of the bulb above the substrate. another option is to use small clay flowerpots with some good plant substrate - that way you can move it around if you need to. These are a must have for your tank!

So far so good

Fast delivery (one day) probably because I ordered from Seattle area. The store is far away from where I live and traffic but with $5 priority usps shipping. Why not!? The plants are arrived in great condition but the bulbs sizes were little smaller than I expected. They were half of the size of the dwarf lily ordered at the same time and only a few leaves. Not sure if they will grow out well like the other comments. Will see and keep posted.

Tiger Lotus 3-Fer

Overall I''m very pleased with my purchase of this lovely plant. The bulb came separated from the pot and a bit mangled (which is probably due to rough handling in the post) and two of the little stems had come off. I am a fairly experienced gardener so I just put everything in the tank and they are all doing fine, rooting well and growing so basically it's a 3 for one :). I cannot wait for them to get nice and big.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee our live products will arrive alive. We ask that you do your part and minimize the amount of time our packages sit out in the elements. It can also be a good idea to avoid ordering live items during extreme temperatures. This would be when night time temps are below 35 and over 80 degrees during the day. Now these temps are not for sure death, it's just what makes it easiest for all of us during shipping.

When temperatures are cold we will use heat packs and extreme cold styrofoam liners. Shipping live goods is difficult as our warehouse could be 70 degrees and your home could be snowing, and all the stops in between. We do our best and will make it right for you and may request to try again at a different time.  During heat waves, it's best to avoid ordering live goods as ice packs etc don't do enough to mitigate it.

30 Day Return Policy
Our goal is to provide a fair way to satisfy our customers and not lose money while doing it. We make every effort to fully disclose how our products work and what is to be expected. A damaged product during shipping is an automatic replacement from us. When it comes to a difference of opinion such as: "My fish doesn’t like this food." That we don’t refund for. However, if you decide the light you bought is a bit too green for your liking, provided it is in the original box, within 30 days and purchased from us, we will refund it at your cost of shipping.

If you would like to return a product, start the process by emailing us at shipping@aquariumcoop.com This allows us to see if there is something we can do before returning the product such as a feature you didn’t know about or send you a return label. We don’t require an RMA number, but do ask you to contact us to initiate the return. Please do not call the retail store as they operate separately from the warehouse and will not be able to issue you a return label etc.
