Eleocharis pusilla 'Mini' is one of the smallest hair grasses and is often used in aquascapes to look like a grassy field or lawn. This slow-growing species stays around 1–2 inches (3–5 cm) tall and therefore requires minimal trimming. For the best growth, use a tank setup with medium to high lighting and CO2 gas. Provide a nutrient-rich substrate (such as aquatic soil or a well-established, non-soil substrate), and the plant will propagate by sending out runners that form a lush carpet in your aquarium.

Despite the cold temperatures due to shipping delay (my fault I ordered during a huge snowstorm), and the heating pack stopped working after so many hours. This plant did really well after being frozen and thawed, it’s still 100% alive. Planted it and it’s doing well so far, some slight browning on the tips (completely normal when adjusting to a new tank) but nothing too bad after about a week. I would recommend buying!
They arrived healthy and in abundance.
I was able to separate it out into multiple plants and plant it across the bottom of the tank.
2 1/2 weeks in they look good and healthy. I'm waiting for them to send runners so the rest of the tank will be carpeted.

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day.
Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.
Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
