We picked up some fish during our visit from out of town. We live about 2.5 hours away so they packed them up nicely for the drive. The fish are happy and healthy in their new home.

The plants I received were top-notch condition, and I could not be happier with them.

The easy flow sponge filter with included upgrade kit, however, is not as expected. I did view the online how to install video and it appears I’m missing a fit collar in the upgrade kit, perhaps? The curved top tube does not have a connector collar that will transition from the larger tube size to the smaller top tube size. I created an adjustable firm connection by wrapping rubber bands around the top curved tube. I hope the rubber bands are inert in my aquarium.
If the aquarium co-op has the missing connector, I would love to receive it.

Out of all the plants, only the pogostemon came pretty much dead. Overall the rest of the plants were in amazing condition!

Love shopping at the Co-op. I know the products here are always top quality and curated by people who care about fish as much as I do. I've had some trouble with the website in the past (getting locked out of my cart + unable to check out, having the shop categories banner disappear before I can click on anything) but I assume those are browser incompatibilities and everything seems to be working better than usual today.

I got a chance to visit the store in person and that was awesome, too: all the staff were helpful and friendly and had great attitudes. I moved last week and just discovered there is not an LFS in my county and the closest one is a 45 minute drive. Bummer! At least the Co-op is always here for me.

Had a rough go with one item, but that appears to be the exception. Service, product quality and shipping has been stellar - and the CoOp is now my go to source for my aquarium needs. I am particularly pleased with the quality of the products and chemicals. My shrimp tank became unstable and the strategic use of additives provided by Aquarium CoOp straightened things out quickly and I was able to save most of my population, and by switching to the right additives I believe I will be able to retain the necessary balance in the tank. Gold stars for the CoOp!

The shopping experience itself isn't bad. Nothing wonderful, but not bad. The plants I order from these guys usually are pretty darn good. Today I got another order and one of the plants was pretty rough (rotten rhizome on a bertari). May look for another plant supplier but we'll see.

I was worried my lil aponogeton had been murdered by the little bonus trip USPS gave it to texas and back, but aquarium coop assured me it was a strong bulb and would likely sprout back, and if it didn't that they'd take care of it.

Got my order faster than expected which helped out a fish room build I’m in the middle of. Needed more airline and valves (metal and Ziss) for an expansion to my air loop. Great service as always.
