Repashy Bottom Scratcher is a great choice for bottom-feeders who would naturally feed on invertebrates. This food is designed to be a daily diet produced with only natural proteins and fats sourced from invertebrates. It contains no fish meal. Once prepared, it has a rubbery consistency so that plecos have ample time to rasp on it and gain all the nutritional value this food has to offer.

Bring water to a boil on stove, in microwave or kettle. Pour boiling water into a bowl and immediately stir in powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water). Let cool or immediately pour into mold. Gel will set at room temperature. Cut into pieces or make into a slow release Jerky. Once made, gel should be treated as fresh food and can be sealed and stored in refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freezer for up to six months.

Ingredients: Krill Meal, Insect Meal, Mussel Meal, Squid Meal, Dried Brewer’s Yeast, Dried Seaweed Meal, Lecithin, Dried Kelp, Locust Bean Gum, Potassium Citrate, Taurine, Watermelon, RoseHips, Hibiscus Flower, Calendula Flower, Marigold Flower, Paprika, Turmeric, Stinging Nettle, Garlic, Salt, Calcium Propionate and Potassium Sorbate (as preservatives), Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate, Zinc Methionine Hydroxy Analogue Chelate, Manganese Methionine Hydroxy Analogue Chelate, Copper Methionine Hydroxy Analogue Chelate, Selenium Yeast. Bottom scratcher

First time user of Rapashy... I'm a fan...! And more importantly, the fish were definitely fans of it...! Both of my bushynose clutches of fry absolutely love it...! The albinos covered the cube within seconds, and it was the first time they had seen it...! I also tried the community, first time I made them separately, but the last batch I mixed em... 50/50 bottom scratcher/community... Everything seems to eat it vigorously, so I'll be getting more... My only complaint is the bottle size, I need to find much bigger bottles of it due to my 50+ tanks currently running with 80+ more about to go active... thanks for another GREAT product and super fast shipping...! Less than 48 hours to Sarasota Florida is AMAZINGLY fast...! Keep up your awesomeness Cory and gang...!!!

All fish went for it

I got this to make sure my loaches and catfish were getting enough protein for their diet but within a few minutes all the fish were going for it in every tank I put it in.
For the first time making it, pretty easy to follow the instructions. I got a silicon mold specifically for this to help control the amount I was feeding. I had to work fast as it was starting to set after a few minutes. Still fun and turned out cute.

Works well

I usually feed my Panda Corys at night because the neons will eat everything I put into the tank, but this is the only food so far that the neons leave alone. I have hillstream loaches but they don't seem to notice. I have been feeding my Corys shrimp tablets (which they love), blood worms and flake food but the neons love those too so this is my first Cory-only food. My siamese algae eaters eat off it too, but it's really just a Cory food in my tank.

No joke - this stuff smells the whole house up when you make it. Better keep the windows open and the fan on! It dissipates quickly after setting. I keep what I am not using in the freezer, with no smelly issues.

I most like that I can feed this in the daytime and get to see the Corys feed without being overtaken by the neon pigs.

This is good food.

Wanting to beef up my bottom feeders. This will do it. It's also going to be benificial to the other fish.

I’ve heard the repashy brand since way back, finally tried some.
Fish of all types greedily consumed this food and showed pronounced coloration within hours of their first feed.

Rapashy Is a Great Food

I love using Rapashy! I mix Bottom Scratcher with Super Green, and all my fish go crazy for it. It's become part of my nightly routine—I feed it before bed so the plecos have plenty of time to graze undisturbed. It’s easy to prepare, stays firm in the water, and the fish show great color and activity. Highly recommend for anyone with bottom feeders or community tanks.

Popular with Fish!

This was supposed to be for my pleco but my cory cats keep gobbling it up before he/she gets a chance at it! It’s very popular with the fish so it’s definitely a winner!

Fantastic Bottom dweller food

I’ve been using repashy now for years. I’ve had countless spawns with plecos and corydoras while using this as their main food source.

My betta hates it!

And that's a great thing. I have a community tank with corydoras, amano shrimp, a nerite snail, and the greediest female betta I have ever met. No matter what I feed the others she's always trying to take some for herself and it's caused a lot of concern over her weight; I even catch her nibbling on algae wafers. This is the first food I've ever given that she takes one whiff of then refuses to eat. I don't know why she won't eat it, but everyone else goes absolutely nuts over it! It also doesn't smell nearly as bad as I've heard others say.

My only note: if you're using separate containers for mixing and setting(like using a mold), work fast. This stuff wastes no time hardening and you could end up with a paste that's tough to spread evenly if you delay too much.

Awesome.

All my fish love it. My plecos have to fight off all my guppies and shrimp just to get a share.

Whatever I don’t use in time for my fish gets fed to my isopods and they also go CRAZY for this stuff!!

The best food for plecos

I’ve tried many different foods and this is by far the best for plecos and shrimp. Using an ice tray I can easily make enough food for multiple tanks for a week.
