The fish love it. You’ll need to grind it up a little before going in the tank, but its fun to watch it hang in the water column.

This food has become a favorite of many of my fish. I occasionally try out new foods to provide some diversity in their diet and was surprised to see how quickly the fish went for it. It is a somewhat thicker flake than others which I think is part of what my fish like. It does often need to be crumbled up for smaller fish.

Added So-Fly Flake to the menu to add variety. It was a big hit! My bettas, corydoras, and rasboras really went for it!

These fly flakes are super and I love breaking them into little pieces so they drift on the bottom and my catfish enjoy also.

These flakes are more "rigid" than other types of food flakes. Crumble easily, and all fish I have fed them to love them. Better than other bug type foods I have tried.

My fish seem to like it. That and the Krill flakes are my go to flake foods.

Bought this flake food because I thought they’d like the black soldier larva “taste”. Turns out they don’t. The crumbled up flakes dirty the water and sink pretty quickly. On the other hand, the snails and shrimp are eating well 😳

Another Xtreme fish food that you can't go wrong with. Better quality than some comparable brands and the fish seem to like it better. I have fed this to guppies, corys, plecos and killifish and they all went for it right away.

Love the food. Easy to crumble into small bits for the babies and small fish. Highly recommended.

I have had great success using XTreme So-Fly Flakes for the past 2 years. The fish are lively and colorful. No signs of disease or sluggish behavior.

Fish are crazy active during feeding time, seems like they are more excited when they aren't getting the same flake everyday. I added this So-fly food to the rotation and it's gone in the blink of an eye. Mountain minnows, zebra dannios, neon tetras, and gold fish all love it. Will be ordering more!

The food was very fresh and the fish eat it well. It is a floating food that can be fed as is or crumble up the flakes. Additionally, you can mix it with water in a small container and the food will sink if you prefer that way so mid and bottom dwelling fish get some.

Xtreme So-Fly Flakes (Soldier Fly)

All of the fish in my community tank (black line tetras, angels, geophagus, keyhole cichlids and a royal acara) gobble up these flakes. This food is in heavy rotation on their menu since it’s very healthy ingredients and they love it!

All my fish love these flakes. I have mostly tetras, but my upside down fish (swim right side up to eat this stuff, that’s how much they like it!).

My endlers LOVE this food! I grind the flakes to a powder and use a 1/64 spoon to measure a consistent quantity for the tank. They scarf it right up, whether they are fry, young or adult endlers! I'll be sure to order more of this natural food from Aquarium Co-op!

Great new food for my betta and tetras. Got it delivered in a nice amount of time.

I am a fan of the other Xtreme foods, so I bought this to try. It was a hit! The color of the flake is a light beige, a lot lighter than the krill and community flake. Recommended for some variety in your fish's diet!
