These little algae eaters are surprisingly efficient. Two in my 5-gal tank and no more algae - but they were getting thin. I saw recommendations for Repashy, ordered it, mixed it up, put it in the tank and they gobbled it up. I’m no longer concerned they’ll expire from lack of food and they still work on the algae.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to use it yet. I only have a 1 gallon tank, with a Betta and an Ottocinclus. There wasn't enough algae growing in the tank, but somehow, it's gone crazy as of late. I was adding more good bacteria and leaving the LED light on longer, and now my tank is flooded with algae. The Otto couldn't be more happy at the moment. BUT, if the Algae starts to disappear, I'll be using the Repashy Soilent Green I purchased from Aquarium Co-op. They have THE BEST PRICE on the internet, and it was boxed and shipped in a super timely manner. Great Job!

I bought this for my otocinclus catfish and they seem well fed and happy so I'd say it's good stuff!
