  • Naturally Boosts Growth

Repashy Spawn and Grow is developed for conditioning malnourished or stressed fish to boost their growth. It is high in fats and made with tasty ingredients like squid and krill which can entice even the pickiest eaters. It is also great for raising up fry and for providing parent fish with plenty of nutrients as well. Best suited as an occasional food as it is not designed to be a daily diet due to the high fat content.

Mix one part powder into three parts water and stir until blended. Microwave until it starts to boil, remove and stir. Alternatively, bring water to a boil on stove, remove from heat, and stir in powder. Let container cool, or immediately pour into a storage container or mold, and let sit at room temp until firm. The finished gel can be cut into cubes, shredded, or used as a whole slab. Whatever is not used immediately should be treated as fresh food. It can be stored sealed in refrigerator for up to two weeks, and in freezer for up to six months. To adjust firmness of gel, use more or less water as desired.

Great food

My aquariums look like an Aquarium Coop shop! I love and use all of their products. Cory’s video on making Rapashi is super helpful bc the directions aren’t specific on the label. The food itself is great bc it helps feed the bottom feeders and it doesn’t fall apart and foul the water up. The ingredients are healthy and I feel good about feeding to my fish and snails.. it lasts a long time bc a lil goes a long way. Warning it smells pretty bad! I have 3 different kinds of Repashi and it’s essential for me to keep on stock!

Spawn and grow

Easy to make, my fish aren't taking to it that much yet but they are very used to fresh foods. Ingredients are much better than a lot of prepared foods. AQ. Coop customer serve and shipping is top notch. Love purchasing from them.

Great food for young fish

I mainly use this food for raising up young plecos and cories. That being said adult fish of both species readily take it as well as all my other fish from Apistos to live bearers to tetras and shrimp. I highly recommend this food to anyone thinking about buying it.

Repashy foods

We haven't started using The Spawn and Grow Repashy as yet but have been using the Morning Wood and the Bottom Scratcher foods for our cories and plecos. They love it! They come out every evening to the spot we always drop the Repashy and wait for it to gobble it up. Shipping was fast as always!

Takes some prep work but well worth it!

I’ve been using repashy gel food products for years now and it’s been great! Here’s a list of pros and cons if you’re new to trying out repashy gel foods

Pros:
-Fish love it! I have kept tetras, plecos, angelfish, rasboras, danios, bettas, cory cats and guppies and all of them went nuts every time I fed repashy
- The food allows fish to graze. Gel food allows for fish to graze over time on a big block of food which allows tiny-mouthed or slower timid fish a chance to eat if they live with any faster, boisterous fish
- Very high quality ingredients. There’s a lot less filler ingredients in this food. Just compare the ingredient list of repashy with any cheaper, generic, widely available dry foods and you’ll see just how much better the ingredients are

Cons
-Takes prep work. This isn’t like flakes where you can just dump it in the tank. This comes in powder form and must be mixed with boiling water to create a jello. Not so great if you’re really busy or tired
- Doesn’t store as easy as dry food. Once prepared, This food cannot be left out or it will spoil. So it needs to be stored in the freezer if you have any excess

Makes raising fry a little easier

I’ve been using this for a few months mostly with betta fry. I start them with paramecium and micro worms, then baby brine shrimp. As they get to about 1/4 inch I start adding this gel for them to munch between bbs hatches. Once a day I remove leftovers and add a new piece. At about 3/4 inch this is all they get and they seem to be thriving.

My fish love it!

I have some new fish that weren’t in the best condition. They are thriving now! Also, I have some fry that I’m feeding this to. Repashy is a great product! I have used the Grub Pie mixed with Soilent Green in the past (Corey’s suggestion in a previous YouTube video) but I ran out and it doesn’t look like AC has the Grub Pie currently. I’m happy with Spawn & Grow, and the Community Plus that I’m also trying for the first time. AC is the best! Thank you for everything you do for this hobby!

Repashy ROCKS

Have read good things about Repashy and was anxious to try it for myself. I bought 3 varieties: Spawn and Grow, Commuity, and Grub Pie. I find the Repashy very easy to prepare and I store leftovers in a ziplock bag to serve later in the week. Best of all, my fish LOVE the stuff!!! They swarm it the minute it drops. I love feeding them something super nutritious that they devour. I keep nano tanks and Repashy works well!!
