Don’t bogor that moss my friend

Everyone says Java moss is soooo east to grow, you can even grow it in your toilet it’s that easy. So why do I always have trouble with it? Those stainless steel mats are hit and miss, mostly moss if you ask me. Then along comes this little cup of bogor moss. It’s just Java moss, but tissue cultures in general are almost bullet proof and this is no exception. So far I’ve bought four and every cups worth has tripled in size in nearly no time. Tie it to wood and a week later it looks amazing, tie it to those plastic half spheres (forget the actual name) and in a week it looks amazing. You think $15 bucks for this tiny cup??? Yeah, it’s worth every penny. Finally Java moss is so easy to grow I can grow it in the toilet. Try it, you will not regret it.

seems to be growing!

It's moss, so it's hard to know how well it's doing. I got the culture and just put it (unopened) in a cool window with a few hours of sunshine each day, for a couple weeks. I saw the tiniest bit of lighter-colored tips which indicates new growth. I took it out of the cup, rinsed it very briefly in tap water, and plopped it into an established tank. It got some attention from the cherry shrimp. It's in an area of moderate flow from a HOB filter. It seems to be growing: it looks fluffier and the snails are leaving it alone. The tank has a pH of 6-ish, gets Easy-Green and is otherwise a jungle of other plants. The moss gets 12 hours of co-op lighting.

Excellent quality plant

Came in very good condition and it was super cold in Tennessee and it's been a week of growth and has already doubled almost in size or it has spread out to look that way but I was able to plant it in multiple tanks from one cup

Bogor Moss

For some reason, I've not been successful with Java and Christmas mosses. I decided to try Bogor Moss, and it has been extremely successful. I transplanted it in two of my three aquariums, and it is nice deep green color and most importantly it has significant new growth. I'm very happy with this moss and plan on ordering another tissue culture for my third aquarium. I highly recommend Bogor Moss in one's aquarium,

Very Healthy Plant

This plant was healthier than plants I have purchased locally. It has been in the aquarium for two weeks and it has established nicely. Looks great!
