The air pump you've always needed is here. Keep your aquarium water well-oxygenated and your fish healthy in absolutely any scenario — even when the power is out. To give you peace of mind, the Aquarium Co-Op air pump utilizes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that automatically switches to battery use if it loses power. It can be run continuously for up to 8 hours on a single charge and up to 16 hours when in Power Save mode (where the air cycles between 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off to conserve battery).
Quiet Operation
Designed to run quietly, barely above the sound of a quiet library. Its sound levels are lower than a normal household room with everything turned off. In fact, the bubbles from the air in the water are louder than the pump itself.
Storm Ready
Our air pumps have a built-in lithium-ion battery. When the power goes out, the air pump continues to run automatically. Works as normal when plugged in via USB Type C, and then continues to run when the power is out.
Up to 16 Hours of Battery Power
Our air pump has a nifty Power Save mode. By turning on this feature, the air pump will turn on for 15 seconds, then off for 15 seconds in a cycle. This extends the battery life up to 16 hours, keeping your fish oxygenated during a power outage.
Adjustable Air Flow
Push the arrows button on the pump to set the amount of air flow. The 5 flow levels can be adjusted to create a nice, slow flow for fish like bettas or reduce the bubble noise if needed.
Delivers Air to Both Shallow and Deep Tanks
We built this air pump to be used with both nano tanks and large, deep tanks. It is powerful enough to run a sponge filter in Cory's 800-gallon aquarium, which is 40 inches in height.
With possible power outages , small or big, it’s nice to have battery back up for the underwater critters. I like the adjustable airflow feature as well. It is quiet with minimal vibration. Sitting on a thin piece of foam helps as well. Very happy with this product!

LOVE the AUTOMATIC Battery Backup
Texas has some crazy weather, but I don’t worry about the oxygen supply of my fish tanks thanks to this little automatic battery backup pump. It’s my “just in case” little peace of mind for my fish room. Super quiet and packs a decent punch for such a small package. In a perfect world it would be 2-3 times more powerful, but I realize that’s too much to ask for both the super low volume and the length of time the battery can run the pump without direct power. Weaker pumps use less power, obviously. 5/5 would definitely recommend, especially if you have fancy (read: expensive) fish!

Dead fish no more!
Lost a lot of my fish over the July 4th break. My tanks are at work and appartently our building lost power for over 24 hours and the power company never came to fix it until we called them in to restore power. That was too late as we lost some really wonderful fish. Now I have 3 of these with the dual outlets. 2 of them are on my two 55 gallons both running my sponge filters. The last one is connected to two 10 gallon tanks running those sponge filters. These arrived at a great time because Friday night of 7/19 the power went out again but these were already in and saved the day. Dead fish no more!
