Never used nitrifying bacteria starters before but when I decided to replace 10 tanks in my fish room in one day I bought fritzyme 7. Everything worked perfectly, no ammonia spikes! This is now a staple in my fish room.

Used this every time I cycled a new tank and really helped to speed up the cycle process faster. Along with adding some pure ammonia, I was able to cycle different tanks at different sizes rather quickly without adding any live animals in until all parameters became suitable. I also use this to maintain cycles after water changes and also when adding new fish. Haven’t suffered any crashes in over 5 years with my 8 different freshwater tanks.

I have tried many bacteria over the years in the filter and fish tanks. This is by far the best. Others I have tried were not very good. They wouldn't keep my water clear like this brand does. This stuff makes my tanks look like my fish are floating in mid air.

Update. On live bacteria best ever thank you cory!!!! Set up my 55 gallon 5 weeks ago for fancy goldfish family :) it's ready to move in today so happy. I recommend 1,000% why is this not in the list for new fish keepers. It's a must have 👍🤗🤗

I had order from Amazon before and it comes spoiled rooting small like spoiled egg I'm not puding that in my fish thnk dint trust it. But co-op takercare of there products I have never had anything bad for Corry don't smell bad thats a good product. And I help me cycle my new 20 G about 2 to 3 weeks is awesome i recommend it.

After a few weeks of struggling to cycle a brand new tank, I ordered some Fritzyme 7. I received my order 6/1 and starting adding to tank the same day. I am already testing .25 ppm on 6/3! Very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.

Shame on me for impulse buying a betta I didn't have a tank set up for, but good on me for getting this bacterial starter to try to make up for it! This helped get my tank cycled with beneficial bacteria in about five days. I did daily water checks and changes (with a lil bit more bacteria starter in the clean water) the first few days, but by the end of the week the tank was dealing with any ammonia + nitrites itself. It's about a month later and water levels are still doing just fine. My betta just built his first bubble nest so he's also feeling just fine.

I was cycling a new Quarantine rack and just for fun watched the time to cycle with and without this product using standardized doses of Dr Tims ammonia. The natural cycle took forever. This bacteria was alive and started breaking down the ammonia almost immediately.

I've used a lot of types but I believe this to be the best for me. Helps keep my heavily stocked tank in balance without issues.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! This was used to start my new tank’s cycle in addition to the Aquarium Co-Op starter bacteria (ceramic rings in bottle) and arrived sooner than expected! Great customer support! Only thing is a should have ordered a bigger bottle as it goes by quick even with the middle size!

This stuff is great for new tank set up, for an existing Ammonia spike or to help convert Nitrites to Nitrates. It will save many fishes lives and make you a better fish keeper!

Looks like a great product, saw recommendations for it on u-Tube. Just started it, so haven't seen results yet, but feel good about it!
