DOA Policy

We make every effort to ensure your plants arrive alive. If there is a problem please take a picture and send it to us the day you receive it. We will refund the price of any plant which is DOA.

 

If you'd like to return a dry good item. It needs to be returned within 90 days in original packaging being unused and we'll offer a full refund minus the cost of shipping. You must ship the item back to our retail store at your own cost.
