How It Works

  1. Place Your Order: Select Local Pickup at checkout.

  2. Wait for Your Notification: We’ll email you as soon as your items are packed and ready.

  3. Pick Up Your Order: Head to our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your "Order is Ready for Pickup" email.

Pickup Details & Hours

  • Pickup Days: Monday – Friday (Warehouse is closed on weekends)

  • Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Pickup Address: 800 Enterprise Drive Lexington, KY 40510

When You Arrive

  • Park in front of the glass door.

  • Ring the front doorbell for assistance, and a team member will bring your order out to you!

Shipment was delayed and weather was HOT. The box of plants arrived plenty wet but very hot. I contacted the Co-op immediately and they made good on the plant that ended up not surviving. I would definitely shop from them again in cooler weather.
