The 3D printed Easy Snail Collector makes it easy to collect snails by putting food in the food chamber. You then put it into your aquarium and wait overnight. Then you can remove the snail collector, letting the water drain from the strainer corner. Relocate to another aquarium or feed to your favorite puffers and loaches.

Snails in, Fish out.

The lid is designed to keep snails in but make it easy for fish to swim out. Optimizing for fish safety. The larger port hole means less fish will get stuck but can go in and out, also leaving some swim room in the collector if they can't find their way out.

I like having snails in the aquarium as they are great cleaners. However, the ramhorns breed like crazy and it was getting over run. I put this thing in last night and this morning had about 50 snails. I will be using it again tonight and more as needed for snail population control.
It was bigger than I expected. Almost too big for my fully planted and decorated tank. You should think of offering a smaller version.

Great snail collector

Love this snail collector. I’ve only used it twice but it works well. The only thing is that the lids a little loose so I feel like over time it may be difficult to keep closed but we will see.

Great idea to catch the big ones!

This will fit better in larger aquariums. My 29 gallon tank is overgrown and there is not a level space to fit this in. Still I am going to give it a shot and see if I can get some good size rams horns in there. No self respecting fish is going to get caught in it!

I never leave online reviews. It is ridiculous at how effective this is at removing snails. I shooed out a couple of shrimp and made sure no snails that I wanted to keep were in there, and voila. Easy peasy.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day. 

Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.

Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location. 

Faster shipping options available at checkout for an additional charge.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
