Hikari Algae Wafers

In my 29 gallon planted tank, I feed a few mini wafers and 1 full size wafer twice a week. The Amano shrimp find the wafers very quickly. The ramshorn snails also find them surprisingly fast. Oto cats like them but aren't as fast as others. Black neon and ember tetras love to pick at them.

These Hakari algae wafers are enjoyed by not just the plecos and catfish, but I see most other species of fish including the cichlids eating them also.

All of my bottom eaters love these algae wafers. Even the snails will go to them. You can’t go wrong buying these! I highly recommend!

My Otos did such a good job of cleaning my plants and glass that I felt they needed some outside food. I think my Corys might be helping with the wafers but they are definitely appreciated.

Not many foods make fish go as nuts as they do for these. Recent discovery my sword tails love them too!

Appealing to bristle nose plecos, palettes Cory’s, Amano shrimp, and any fish willing to peck at it. Easily eaten but doesn’t dissolve.

All my fish/inverts really like these but do crumble apart faster than some wafers. Great product though.
