Micranthemum 'Monte Carlo' is a carpeting plant which is typically used by aquarists to achieve lush foreground cover. It is a low-growing plant with bright green, rounded leaves. It will creep laterally along the substrate as it grows along and can also be used overhanging on decor or rocks. Monte Carlo does not require much beyond medium to higher lighting and fertilizer to thrive. Once it takes off, it will fill in nicely to form a soft carpet for shrimp and bottom dwellers to enjoy.

Ordered Monte Carlo, it arrived promptly, was very healthy and pest free. Keep in mind, these plants are grown in optimal conditions, so there is going to be some adjustment to home tanks. Nutrients, lighting, and CO2 (which I don't use) will affect how plants adapt and grow. I'm happy with my experience, and only thought to leave this review because I'm back looking to by more live plants.

Arrived alive and ready to plant. Got it in my tank. I’ve been running the lights while I’m not sleeping. It’s only been planted for a few days, but I can see what appears to be a little growth already. Looks great in my Fluval Betta 6 Gallon Tank.

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day.
Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.
Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
