This glue is the original super glue, but in a gel form. We use it to attach java fern, anubias, bolbitis, mosses, and bucephalandra to wood and rocks as it doesn't run or drip. It bonds instantly, cures quickly, and can be used in even the smallest, hard-to-reach places with the precision applicator. Super glue gel is completely safe for fish, plants, snails, shrimp, and other aquarium animals.

Easily Attach Plants to Wood or Rock

Attaching plants to hardscape and decor brings a beautiful slice of nature into your aquarium. Super glue gel is completely safe for aquarium animals and plants and has a thick consistency that makes it easy to work with. We like using super glue gel with plants like anubias, java fern, and mosses.

A Little Goes a Long Way

Just add a small dab or dot of glue to the hardscape or decoration, and then press the roots of the plant firmly in place for 30 seconds. (Don't smother the rhizome or thick horizontal trunk of the plant with too much glue or else the plant may suffer.) The glue dries white when under water, so some aquascapers like to cover the glue with some sand or other substrate to hide the glue.

Super gel glue

I purchased the glue to glue my plants to the that log I also purchased at Aquarium Co-Op. Just be very sure of placement because once the rhizome is glued, it’s not coming off.
I gave it a 4 because I don't like the white color it leaves. I also tried to glue cascading moss but that glued to my fingers instead, so I used clear sewing thread to tie them down. Also the glue did not hold the log and rock together. All in all I think it’s great for gluing rhizomes. I’d add a picture, but I don't know how.

Works great - thick, cures perfectly, and re-seals well. Less is more!

Great stuff! It would be cool to get a version that cures clear or perhaps even green, so the application was more subtle. But with a bit of creative hiding/tucking and conservative use the white color isn't really too problematic.

Great little store

I love this little store. They have a wide variety of products and hardscape for creative enclosures of all kinds, not just for aquariums. I LOVE their driftwoods and spiderwoods of varying sizes and their stone selections. The owner knows his stuff and is so kind and helpful. I used this glue to affix rocks and plants together in my vampire crab paludarium I built and it works beautifully. I used some of their driftwood in my dart frog terrarium build I made too. Great store.

Easy , simple no mess

I’m new to live plants so I got a few Java ferns and a few Anubias plants and got this gel glue to put them on some driftwood and rocks and it couldn’t be simpler to do . It’s not messy it’s quick and so far it’s holding up great . I definitely recommend this to a new plant keeper .

It’s a good glue

I like that it’s easier to remove from my fingers. I struggle to place it on the right spot and maybe I add too much sometimes so I’ve had to stick the same anubias over and over. But again, love how it is not too hard to remove if I try, whether that be on the plant or on my fingers👍. It also makes it easier not to freak out if I change my mind on where I want the plant to be.

Works great!

It cures bright white, so you have to be sneaky about where you put it! I used it to glue some java moss onto a coconut bridge that came tied with thread, to make it more safe for my fish. It worked perfectly and almost instantly on wet moss!

My Glue of Choice

Aquarium Co-Op Super Glue Gel is my glue of choice for Anubias and Christmas Moss. The tube design allows for precision gluing with no unsightly overrun.

Works great!

Used this to glue some Java fern to a piece of spider wood and it worked great! If you use the right amount of glue you can’t even see it.

Works as promised

Purchased to attach the rhizome of an anubia Gold Coin to a rock I picked up on a dog walk. Probably used a bit more than necessary, but the roots and the plant are doing well a few months on. The rock is slate covered and the excess glue I used dripped and left a mark, so I’ll be more conservative next time. I couldn’t tell you if there’s a difference between this and mass market Krazy Glue, but it took under a minute to work and it’s a very good price.

Perfect

I love this for my aquarium plants and even othere stuff, because it doesn't run all over, it stays were you put it its better than the liquid one. And it costs less then Amazon and Walmart I know because I check it worth it.

Worked like a charm!!

It was really helpful and easy to use. Would definitely buy again. I used it to glue down my java fern in place between rocks in my fish tank. It was definitely very sticky and fast acting. 10/10 or 5/5 in this case 😁!

Cant go wrong

I was looking for a fish safe adhesive for my java fern, java moss and anubias plants. After my experience with many Aquarium co-op products, it was safe to say that i didn't think twice about any other glue. If this glue is good enough for the Co-op it’s good enough for me. Here is a pic of my java moss i attached to the roof of Aquarium co-op’s coconut hut using this glue.

Super glue gel

I bought some other items from aquarium co op and when I saw this I added it to my cart. I was having trouble getting a piece of driftwood to star submerged so I glued a few smaller rocks to it and problem solved. Bonus: it’s super glue! So many uses. I DO like the gel better than the regular liquid form.

Best For Aquariums

I love this glue. I have attached many anubius plants to wood with it, best option when it comes to live plant add ons. Sets fast and sticks extremely well when applied properly

Great for attaching Anubias!

I used a drop of gel for each plant and used a toothpick to spread it evenly before attaching it to my driftwood in a new nano setup. I think the results are beautiful, now I just have to wait for my other plants (not purchased from Aquarium Co-op) to settle in.
