Ultimate is a great dechlorinator which breaks down chlorine and chloramines and binds up ammonia from tap water to make it safe for aquarium life. This is the best water conditioner I have used. My fish seem happier since we started using it. It has been helpful to use between water cleaning and water changes if they need to be postponed.
Easy to use. Has a slimy feeling, which I guess is for the slime coat. I would buy again.
I love using this stuff and so do my fish. They get so excited every time I do a water change and use it.
I use this primarily in conjunction with Ich-X when quarantining or treating sick fish. Works great and doesn’t seem to mess with the potency of meds.
