Great food choice for big fish

I have been feeding the Xterme Monster to all my big fish for more than a year now. All my Oscars, Knife fish, Bala Sharks, and Bichirs love it.

I'm sure the quality is great. But my Jack Dempsey will not eat it. He thinks he wants it, but chews it up and spits it out with this face 🤢 every time. I keep trying hoping he'll change his mind. It's been two months of trying almost every day, and he's still not a fan. He's the only one I have that's big enough to eat it, but I think the snails end up picking the remains off the bottom.
