Unfortunately I got a defective bag that had a wrinkle/ crimp in the seal, and was not airtight/sealed . I have several community tanks with fish from small tetra to large rainbow size and none of the fish like it.
The rainbows don't even eat it, which is crazy because they go nuts for anything. I'm going to have to toss it because it's just poluting the tanks when I add it.

I can't review the items because they were lost in shipment.

My Mbuna African Cichlids love the Xtreme Wrigglers.

My south american cichlids, along with my other fish, love these Xtreme Wrigglers. I get the big bag and it lasts for several months and I like that.

My fish (mostly rainbows) are somewhat picky about their food and they have not liked similar products from other companies. So far they have been very excited about these though.

My Corey cats love it. Also my clown loach munches on it also...

I didn’t have the best luck with these. Only a few fish responded. To be fair they are pretty spoiled with their other food choices but little interest in these.

Xtreme is always the highest quality!

My geophagus and other fish seem to really enjoy this food. I'll probably keep this in my rotation.

Bought this to see if the shape as advertised would mimic worms enough that it would interest pea puffers, but it was just a small cylindrical shape and not what I imagined. Other live bearers like guppies and platys eat it but now I just have a lot of extra food. Had too high of an expectation I guess. Will just keep feeding frozen blood worms and brine shrimp

They just sink a little to fast for the fish to get the wiggle effect

They don’t look like wiggly worms. My picky discus didn’t care for them. All the other cichlids and rainbow fish who normally will eat anything also ate these.

I ordered some general aquarium supplies and four plants.
I was a little concerned because the last time I ordered from aquarium co-op the package got lost in the mail however this time everything worked like clockwork! One of the plants I ordered was the Madagascar lace plant which is truly amazing. I can’t wait to finish setting up this tank with more plants. This was total five star service.
I did have one concern and that was the heater pack was on the very bottom of the box under a wad of paper I think it would have been more effective to have it closer to the plant bag which I will use again!
When the package got here the plant bags seemed to be very cold and I was on my way out to run an errand so I just laid the plastic bags on the the water to give them a chance to heat up and take the chill off when I got home from the grocery store I popped them into the tank everything seems happy after a squirt of your plant food!

Great product. Fish seem to enjoy.

These are equal to Hikari Vibra Bites; size, shape and how much the fish love them. Easy to feed as is or lightly crush in your fingers for smaller fish.

I originally purchased this food to alternate between bloodworms for a betta. All the fish enjoy the food; shrimp included

I’ve been waiting for another alternative to vibrabites for a long time. Some of my younger and smaller eels seem to have some difficulty eating vibrabites but not with xtreme wrigglers. They appear to be softer and more palatable than vibrabites for some fish. I think both are great foods but I have been gradually feeding more and more wrigglers to various tanks and they do quite well. Also, they stay together well and do not break apart quickly. So they don’t foul up the water. Definitely worth a try if you’re curious about them. They work quite well for me!

It appears that the Xtreme Wrigglers are the same as Vibra Bites. Fish show no preference for either one. In fact, my fish prefer Xtreme Nice over the Wrigglers.

This is a good fish food, but I find the size and shape to be a bit awkward. The sticks are far too big for most smaller 'picky' fish like pea puffers or sparkling gourami- hikari vibra bites are much better in this regard. I would only get this for at least medium-sized fish like rainbows or most cichlids, however the shape gives them a harder time eating it than a flake or pellet. Maybe there are some bigger picky fish like spiny eels this would be good for, but this food isn't something I would buy again for the fish I have currently. I'll be buying more of Xtreme's krill flakes and 1.5mm sinking pellet instead of these.
