Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we currently only ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii but not including Puerto Rico). We also have a retail partner April's Aquarium that sells some of our premium products online to Canadian customers. In the future, we hope to find expedited shipping options that will allow us to expand the number of countries we ship to. Hands down, we have the fastest handling time and process orders for shipment quickly. We overstaff so that your orders go out as fast as possible. If you order during business hours, we often ship it the same day. Live plants will arrive with a 2- to 5 business day transit time when there are no delays from weather or holidays.
