Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Mi Oya' is a lovely variation that has the same size and ruffled leaf texture as C. wendtii but the leaves are bicolored — green on the topside and red-bronze on the underside. The coloration varies based on the lighting and fertilizer. On average, it can reach up to 8–10 inches (20–25 cm) tall and is often planted in the midground of tall tanks or background of nano tanks. This crypt plant is easy to care for, can take low light, and likes to feed on root tabs and nutrient-rich substrate.

Every now and then you really score with tissue cultures. The pack I received today had at least 12 individual plants. One culture was able to go a long way in my five gallon. I can't wait till these babies grow and start sending out runners.

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day.
Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.
Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
