Keep your aquarium well-oxygenated by using an air stone with your air pump. An air stone is used to diffuse the air into smaller bubbles that agitate the water surface and increase oxygen levels. We built our weighted air stones with little, modular discs that can be snapped together or removed to create the perfect size. Plus, its small diameter is perfect for fitting inside common air-driven devices, like sponge filters.

1

Add Airline Tubing

Our food-grade PVC Black Airline Tubing fits the weighted air stone perfectly, and blends in with dark backgrounds. It stays flexible for longer, and is easy to install on any air accessory.

2

Add Another Air Stone

If you want to run more than one air stone, adding a T Airline Splitter and an Air Valve for each line can allow you to utilize both air stones that come in this package on a single air output.

An Air Pump With Peace of Mind

Power your air stones with an Air Pump With Battery Backup and protect your aquarium against low oxygen levels in the event of a power outage. These pumps will automatically turn on with the loss of power, making them the perfect layer of protection for filtration that relies on electricity and may not be self-priming.

Easily sinks to the bottom of any container. I will definitely buy more. Lots of bubbles! I turn the air to them down a lot to get a gentle flow in my plant and snail containers. They can make the water "boil" when on full blast with the co-op single line air pump. Schweet! (My camera was not able to capture the bubbles, imagine bubbles in the picture! )

Works good so far i put a sponge in the corner dropped one of these in the middle put a aquarium co-op suction cup on the line to old it to glass to me looks pretty good 👍

Air Stones

Exactly as advertised, they make having air stones easy to manage and hassle free by staying where you place them

Wonderful product, stays on the bottom and blends in as advertised. I've switched all my tanks over.

My Cory’s love them

Love this easy to set up and my Cory’s are having a blast playing in the bubbles.

Weighted air stone

The air stone works great. They stay down without help. I use them in my daphne tubs and the bubble size is perfect.

Love these airstones!

So these airstones are super cool, they come apart to make different sizes and they fit in a sponge filter if needed (which is what I do). They are green and blend in with my live plants (if I use them outside my sponge filters). Honestly I go to this place for all my aquarium needs. I follow them on you tube & I live close to one of their partner retailers in Cookeville, TN. If I can’t buy it there, I hop online to get it here. Aquarium co op has my heart forever, HUGE FAN!

Air supply

Love the weighted version of the air stone, works as described. The amount of air bubbles is also impressive. I have 15 tanks and I see myself buying these again in the near future.

Blends in great

It's a perfect weight! I love that it does not need a plastic glass cling holder thing.(LOL) Which for some reason never stuck for me. However, this product will not float to the top. I also love that I can position it however I want in the tank and it not having to be up against the glass. The fish can actually go around the bubbles.

Works great.

They work great. I am using three to experiment with how big or fine I want the bubbles in the back of the aquarium

Impressed

I got 4 of these airstones to give them a try and I am very impressed with them. I have been using them for a month and they have not degraded if flow whatsoever. I was worried about the bubbles being too large/loud however that is not the case. They have the same bubble size as the oase airstones I had laying around however those degrade fairly quick and clog. I suspect these will never clog and if they do a quick sink rinse will fix it as they are just solid plastic.

Giod stuff

Seem to produce the perfect size bubble for an under gravel filter, have them running 75, 40, 29, and 20L ugfs.

Just What I Needed

I always but a line of air in my tanks, nine to be exact. I would fight with rocks or something to keep the air stone down. I love these air stones. All I have to do is connect it to the tubing and drop it in the tank. Man I just "love" these air stones.

Weighted Air Stones

So far, so good, but they've only been in use a few days... I can say they haven't floated like the Ziss air stones liked to do... I think I'm gonna stick with the cheap ones that are available everywhere over any of the plastic ones though...! I guess if you only have a tank or two they'd be OK, but I'm back up to around 70 active aquariums again... Thanks again for another great product, but this one isn't gonna be for me...

Weighted Air Stones

I really love these air stones. They are working out nicely in my sponge filters from ACO as well! I love that you can adjust the size to fit even the nano sponge filters with ease! I will be getting more and making sure all tanks have them!

Air Stones

These stones are great because they blend in with the plants and stuff, and they work well!

B
Bill (Houston, TX, US)

I started using these today for the first time. They work but they are very loud. The Co-op pump is very quiet but the air stone really makes a racket.

Great product

I like these because you can adjust them to set the amount of airflow you desire. Also, you don’t have to worry about them clogging like traditional air stones.

After 13 years, Almost considered quitting the hobby

Aquarium products have been oversaturated with over-the-top gimmicks to make you buy more and more. One thing I love about Aquarium Coop is how effective their products have been. I've been in the fish hobby since 2010, and I've watched how much the hobby has evolved with new technology. I kept buying them, but I always found myself exhausted by the maintenance. I remember my original fishroom not having any maintenance issues or expensive lights breaking so easily when dropped in the water. LED wasn't effective back then but was good enough for breeder tanks. I have bought all premium brands of light, filter, and whatever premium name is out there. I thought it would make my tanks better, but really the maintenance of cleaning the canister filter for multiple tanks was tedious.
I used to wish I had the premium stuff when I was 13 in 2010. My fish room went through different phases throughout the years: African cichlids, discus, angels, and turtles. I remember how jealous I was of people who had canister filters while I had hob and sponge filters. It hit me that my old tanks thrive so much better because of simplicity. I watch Cory talk about the redundancy of canister filters when running multiple tanks. I mostly keep shrimp and one high-tech setup. I reconsolidate into one pump with an undergravel filter box for Caridina, an undergravel filter, and sponge filters for Neocaridina.
I mostly have co-op sponge filter but some unopened sponge filters. The coarse sponge was a game changer when I first got it. The weighted airstone started producing better flow for my fine sponge filter. Aquarium Co-op taught me that fancy aquarium products have their place, but keeping it simple has freed up space and saved electricity.

Another great product from people who care if their stuff works. Sinks has a great bubble size and flow

Thinking I should have went with the Ziss, but it is okay

Not sure if these can be adjusted to make small bubbles like the Ziss, but it doesn’t seem like it. Needs some instructions or a YouTube tutorial if it can. Makes decent medium/larger bubbles and unlikely to clog at least.

D
DanM (Falls Church, VA, US)

I really like these air stones, they produce a nice column of bubbles without the bulk and grit of regular air stones. I have two running on the same line about 1 foot apart (using a t-splitter). The fish love swimming around and through both bubble streams.
