  • Faster Collection
  • 3D Printed

The 3d Printed Corydoras Egg Collector allows you to collect corydoras eggs quickly and confidently. The collector minimizes the chances for eggs to fall when collecting them. The front and back corners are a different radius to help collect eggs from the corner of an aquarium where silicone is. The bottom is slotted to let the water fall out but retain the eggs. You can then dump them into a hatching container.

1

Easy To Use

Position the scraper below the eggs and swipe up to collect them. You can then place the eggs in a breeder box, separate tank, or catch cup to hatch them out.

2

Care for 3D printed items

Clean in cool tap water and air or towel dry, avoid exposure to high heat and direct sunlight.

I love this tool, I could never get the eggs when I used the credit card method of collecting the eggs. I would setup a tank then remove the adults. This tool made things much less difficult. I only breed fish to maintain my populations.

Corydoras egg collector

I had Corydora eggs on the glass of my aquarium the day the collector arrived. Talk about good timing. It worked perfectly. Just make sure to add enough pressure.

Which came first….

the duckweed or the egg…..Full disclosure, I don’t even own corydoras. I bought the egg collector to thin out duckweed in my tanks. I was using a net and I dreaded the mess every time. But no more! I love how the slats let the water drain out. I call mine the “easy duckweed collector.” ACO took an awful job and turned it into a manageable task. Thank you! 💚

Egg gitter

After my second time using it, it's a lot easier to use if you wait until the 'sticky' is gone... I got these albino corydoras eggs within an hour of being laid and we're super sticky... The gimmick worked great, but with my fat fingers, their stickiness made them sick in the gimmick... Instead of spending around an hour pulling eggs, I had 3-400 albino eggs and 2-300 emerald Green Corydoras eggs from another tank in under fifteen minutes...! Thanks for another GREAT product...! Keep up y'alls awesomeness...!

PS... The Aquarium Co-op specimen container is still my goto hatchery... They're a super great product as well...!

So far, so good... I've only used it once, but it worked great when collecting Sterbaii eggs... Hopefully my Venezuelan Black Corydoras are next species to go... Thanks again... Keep up y'alls awesomeness...!

I’ve finally able to get the eggs off the glass with this but now I get eggs caught in the bottom that are hard to get out. Is there a trick I don’t know about yet?

Works very well for getting cory eggs. Also works for removing excess snails.

Not just for cory eggs!

While I do have Panda Cory's that lay eggs on the glass that I will use this for, it will serve double duty. I plan to supplement snail removal adding this to my arsenal along with the Easy Snail Collector that I have been using. It will also help me collect snails and snail eggs off the glass for removal!

I had such a difficult time trying to collect cory eggs until I purchased this product. This makes it so easy and now I have a tankful of corydora fry.

This product is a game changer for me. The only improvement I could see if making the slits a little closer together. Some eggs tend to want to get trapped in them. If you don’t have this egg catcher, you need it!

Very sturdy, nice quality feel.

This is not some flimsy gimmick. The material is sturdy, one solid piece and not flexible at all. Thank you Cory for making fish keeping better. I cant wait to scoop out my next batch of eggs!

Love it

I use it to remove pest snail's and it works great

Good but could be better

Great design, better than a credit card or razor blade. In a tank with water current the eggs still tend to float away. Perhaps increase the size by 50-100%? Net still needed to catch the floaters. I would buy it again.

Why didn’t someone think of this long ago!

I have tried every method recommended on the fish forums with varying degrees of satisfaction with the results. Though not fool proof, this product is darn close.
Awesome job team COOP !

This is just what I needed, and hard to find. Well made, simple to use and a smart way to to harvest eggs to save and hatch. Thank you Aquarium Co-Op.

Overpriced piece of rubber.

And does not fit snug to the glass to easily scrape off as metal scrapers do, and really made my life no more convenient or easier. In my opinion, waste of $.

Worked amazingly well!

Used this to remove eggs and it worked as advertised! Raising some Sterbai fry as I type this. Well done as usual Aquarium Co-op!

Multitool

Can be used for more than just scraping off corydora eggs, works great for moving floaters, taking off stringy algae, and more. Works great!

Cory Egg Collector is fantastic!

My albino cories REALLY like each other and frequently lay eggs on the glass. I tried to make contraptions on my own to gather the eggs easily and I failed.

With this handy dandy tool, getting the eggs is easy peasy and I don’t have to watch eggs falling and know that I lost a potential hatch.

I’m so glad someone figured it out, I’m thrilled about the price, and I LOVE that it’s an item made in “our” warehouse.

If you want cory fry, buy this ASAP
