These are one the best air stones out there that money can buy. They are weighted to sink naturally and can be taken apart if they ever were to clog - so they can be cleaned or the disks replaced. They also work great inside sponge filters. Instead of replacing a cheap ceramic air stone every 4-6 months as they get worse and worse for bubbles, install one of these once and nearly never worry about it again. Tighten or loosen the disks to change how big the bubbles are.

These are fantastic airstones
I have been using these air stones for over a year now and have had really good luck with them. They bubble really well and are adjustable as far as bubble size, I like the smaller bubbles so I tighten them up. I am using four of these inside sponge filters and have a couple inside different tanks as stand alone air stones. I've never had one clog completely yet. When the bubbles seem to slow I take them apart and change out the felt pads. I then soak the old pads in vinegar for a day or two, rinse and soak in clear water for a day. Let dry completely and they are good to reuse. Probably can go 3 months before I have to clean them. I am buying a few more for a new tank and to have on hand. Love these!

These are great air stones easily adjustable. Comes with extra felt to replace for longer life, great value. I buy them all the time.
