Tiger lotus is just a beautiful plant with reddish-green to deep red leaves that have darker spots that are often purplish in color. When given medium light and plenty of nutrients, this plant will thrive. As it grows, tiger lotus plants will display its large leaves below the surface of the water while simultaneously sending lily pads up to reach the surface. It does well as a midground to background plant, but because it is so impactful, it can make a great standalone plant as well.

This little brown bulb was sitting dormant in my aquarium for two years. I’m not sure why “now,” but she has truly come alive!! So many beautiful lily pads all the way to the top of my nano tank. New leaves every week.

This Tiger Lotus is now my absolute favorite plant in my tank. It came in so healthy, all leaves attached and beautifully colored. I feel like I got super lucky as this plant is huge.
A nice little plant, and it arrived with all of its leaves and lots of roots. The bulb came off while I was planting it, but I think the roots and leaves are developed to the point they don't need it.
It arrived neatly packaged and in good condition. I hope it does ok in my tank without CO2… It still looks good so far.

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day.
Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.
Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
