When it comes time to service your filter, pulling a bag of media out is much easier and less messy than trying to clean your filter with loose media inside. These bags are made of fine mesh so that water circulates freely around and throughout the media.

Nice little bag

No complaints. I have my crushed coral in it . Keeps the coral in. I have it sitting in my tank since I only have a sponge filter. I would say it maybe would hold half a lb of crushed coral.

It's big enough to fit an appropriate amount of almost anything in there. Currently using mine for crushed coral and the bag itself is very finely meshed. Nothing falls out.

This is one of those products that you'll always want to have handy. Go ahead and buy six of them and you'll be ready for anything.

We process and ship out 98%+ of our shipments next business day.

Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.

Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Faster shipping options available at checkout for an additional charge.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
