Simply put, these are the best brine shrimp hatcheries on the market. You may be thinking, "How much better could these be over a 2-liter bottle?" When you hatch live baby brine shrimp every day, the construction and thoughtfulness of these designs won't go unnoticed. They are made of super strong plastic to withstand an impact, and have the option to run a heater and thermometer in them. We highly recommend running these brine shrimp hatcheries using our air pump, airline tubing, check valve, Aquarium Co-Op Brine Shrimp Eggs, and Easy Brine Shrimp Salt.

Functions and works great.

Love every part of it besides the giant hole on the top. I get it's to fit other products but thought it would have a cover for it since it leaves water stains when the bubbles pop.

I wanted to thank Aquarium Co-op ,Cory for the video with master breeder Dean. I kept hearing about feeding frye Brine Shrimp, but I thought it was so complicated that I didn'teven want to try it. After watching the video, I ordered the Ziss Brine Shrimp hatchery. This wound up being so easy, that after 48 hours, I had a perfect batch of baby Brine Shrimp. I only used about half of the salt and Brine Shrimp eggs that he used since I only have a few tanks that I need to feed, but that will last me 3 days, just enough time to have another batch ready. I wish everything in the hobby was this easy 😪. I'm on my third breeding of our electric blue acara and they loved it when we feed them the Brine Shrimp. Keep up the great videos, and also, thanks for being so responsive on the forums. Zenzo and others were so helpful with answer on the forums. Thanks again

Works great

I had been hesitant to get into hatching brine shrimp- it seemed messy, and overly complicated for my 6 tanks (no fishroom). But, after seeing Randy's video on the smaller sized Ziss brine shrimp hatchery, I bought it, plus brine shrimp salt, and brine shrimp eggs from AquariumCo-op, and I couldn't be more pleased. I watched a few videos and with some trial and not much error, was hatching brine shrimp within a couple of days. My fish scarf them up, and breed regularly when I feed BBS. My only suggestion with the small hatchery is to be wary of the 3-legged/tripod-style stand it comes with. The second time I used it, a leg of the stand gave way, the hatchery toppled out, and a whole batch of hatched brine shrimp and salt water went all over my kitchen. Lesson learned, now when harvesting I use either the hanger it comes with or a sturdy, oversized cup to set the hatchery in. Still a great product!
