If you buy this for a sanded substrate plan on waiting awhile for it to grow.

I received the vals and they look good. The only negative would be UPS that delivered at the end of the day

I've never had luck with val and shipping (from any retailer). It usually arrives already melting. I think it's just the nature of val. Hopefully this one will revive once it's planted with tabs. Shipping was quick! I appreciated the heat pack was still slightly warm when I received the plants too. Thank you!

This makes six different species plants that I have bought in the last 2 weeks that have came in absolute terrible condition. There is nothing left of the water spray or wisteria that I ordered last week, the Pearl weed came completely non-existent and that was refunded, now I got four jungle val that literally looked like brown withered pieces of grass stuck in a planter.. the one pictured below is the absolute best one I could find and it is still terrible and I doubt there will be anything left in a week.

I ordered 2 plants and fertilizer. When everything arrived 7 days later, I opened the plants and was shocked what I saw. They looked dead, I will never buy from this company again. I would have thought a company specializing in fertilizers would have better plants. I won't go into detail about receiving my pkg 7 days after it was shipped.

This was the plant I was most excited for and only 3 strands came and all of them were sad and dead I didn’t even leave them in my tank I had to take them out:( very disappointed

Valas just don't do good in my tank. Nothing wrong with there plants again just not in my tank. The cryps on the other hand are awesome. I might get one or 2 leaves that melt. They grow wonderful in my water!! Love them. Look how dark the new leaves are. Wonderful.

I'm really happy with this jungle Val. I really enjoy the look of it in my tank. I can't wait till it grows out to cover the whole surface.

Live leaves and solid roots.

This plant was a pretty good size with good roots. There was some breakage during shipping (which I anticipated because of fragile grassy like nature of the plant) I did have some dieback at first but it has recovered fairly quick and has grown to the top of the tank and is flowing over the surface of the water.

I was wary of purchasing live plants, as every single plant purchased for my 15 gal brought with them tons of pest snails, PetSmart/Petco, even local fish stores. But I wanted Jungle Val for the center of my 60 gal, so I purchased one here to "test the waters" fully thinking if it was in good shape with no snails I'd have to purchase more for the look I wanted.

I've been blown away by not only the health and lack of pest snails, but the growth! In about 2 months it has completely established itself and started to spread, giving the exact look I wanted way before I expected, and from just one purchase. There's certainly no need to purchase more.

I will be buying all my plants here going forward and and can't recommend it enough!

That's how they pack it and i am very satisfied, it looks like it takes delicacy to do it right. The leaves were wrinkled but not broken! My jungle vallisneria came today with three new baby leaves already!

The val arrived in perfect condition. There was no melt and it adapted quickly. It's already produced a new plant. Super Easy!

My Jungle Val has done very well. I wish it was a brighter green but maybe that’s why they call it a Jungle Val. My lily bulb hasn’t done much. I saw a few roots come out before I nestled it in but so far it’s been a bit lazy. We will see what the future holds.

These are gonna look good. I like how the jungle Val roots came apart in a couple pieces. I didn’t have to break them up on my own. I’m excited to see what my dwarf Lilly bulb is going to do over the next couple weeks.

Plants arrived looking awesome and healthy. I ordered two types of anubias and one jungle val. Love the plants can't wait to watch them grow with the easy green also. First time doing plants and fertilizers thanks cory for the advice and videos.

The plants arrived in perfect shape after being shipped across the country to me. I had very little meltback. I separated and planted them with root tabs and within about 3 weeks to 4 weeks, I began to see new growth. Be patient. Very happy with my purchase. In fact, I bought more recently.

Plant came a little rough looking and had been folded over. Got about 5 little groupings in the one pot, and planted in my low end brackish tank (sand w/ root tabs). Leaves that had been bent melted and came off, but after a few weeks plant has been growing new leaves. Looking forward to it growing tall and filling out more.
