This nano hang-on-back filter is excellent for aquariums under 10 gallons. It moves 52 gallons per hour and has an adjustable flow knob for fish who need lower flow such as bettas. It comes fully equipped with media and an intake sponge. However, upgrading to our mini pre filter sponge is ideal as it offers greater coverage of the intake tube with less clogging from debris. Hot rod this filter by adding coarse sponge to the media portion rather than the provided cartridges.

Not only is this the perfect filter for a five gallon tank but it also propagates plants like a champ! If Aquaclear/Fluval made a version 10 filter, this would be it. The adjustable flow is perfect for Lucky Luciano to live out the rest of his days. 💚
This nano hang on back filter is a work horse. This is the 3rd one I've purchased. Every 3 weeks to a month I take them apart and clean them ..... very easy to do ..... they just keeps on working. Make sure you clean it and it won't let you down. Thank you Aquarium Coop for having this item in stock.

Live plants will ship using an appropriate service and typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Transit times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays. To avoid delays in the shipping network we recommend ordering live plants on Saturdays and Sundays for a Monday ship out.
Dry goods such as fish food, medication, filtration products, etc. can be ordered any day and will ship the next business day with an appropriate service. Typical shipping times are 1 to 7 business day transit time, depending on delivery location.

Alaska and Hawaii have a $17.99 surcharge. We do not ship to Puerto Rico currently.
