Very short carpeting stem plant. really appreciates having co2 injections, some would say it requires it. We recommend planting it in the pot and allowing it to carpet out from there. Then you can go back and cut out the potted portion later. This allows it a good base to root from.

  • Scientific Name: Hemianthus callitrichoides
  • Skill Level: Hard
  • Placement: foreground
  • Co2 Requirement: none
  • Preferred Fertilizer: Liquid - Easy Green Fertilizer

Always great plants

This was my third order from the CoOp team and they always deliver. Their plants are always healthy and thriving when they arrive and shipments are amazingly fast. I won’t buy aquarium plants anywhere else. Thank you CoOp team 👍

want to get more

I ordered 2 the first time. Both were nice and green. I didn't read the suggestion to keep them in the pot they came it, and tried taking them out. Big mistake. I tried planting them in clumps around the tank, but either the water flow or the Black Fin Tetras in the tank pulled them up. Still have just a few planted. The rest are floating in top of tank or stuck in sponge filter. Gonna leave them there to see if they grow some roots. Next time I order them, I'll follow the suggestions.

Beautiful plant!

Very healthy plant! I left it in the pot it came in, added carbon dioxide and a liquid plant food. Some of it has melted but I see green growth emerging. Very happy with my purchase and ordering more plants.
